Otto Siegel, Senior Consultant

Otto Siegel is a certified personal and business coach, facilitator and consultant with more than 30 years of international experience in multicultural environments in the US, Brazil and Germany. He has worked with business teams as well as executives, managers and self-employed professionals to help them discover their core strengths and create bottom line results with focus and fun. His specialty areas include team coaching, team leadership coaching, coaching of individual high performers, transition coaching and cross-cultural coaching.

Otto began his career as a high school teacher in Germany, where he taught Biology and Chemistry and initiated educational consulting for gifted students with learning disabilities. He directed an international exchange program, spending seven years in Brazil as an international teacher. As much as he loved teaching, managing and facilitation, he decided to pursue a career in coaching. In 1990, he started a coaching and consulting practice in Germany, where he helped military officers transition to management during political changes.

When Otto relocated to Arizona from Germany in 1994, he was a client of American Career Executives, and subsequently obtained the position of Corporate Coach and Manager of Training and Development for NDC Health, where he created training, development, performance management and career development programs. According to Otto, "I learned very quickly what I did not know about opening doors and making the best presentation to Arizona employers. Now, I wish to help others achieve career success." He enjoys one-on-one coaching with clients as well as business teams and successfully aligning individual contributions with business needs to create better results with less effort. The foundations for his coaching partnerships are confidentiality, honesty, trust, caring and connection with every client.

Otto studied Biology of Human Behavior with Nobel prize winner Prof. Dr. Konrad Lorenz at the University of Munich and graduated with a Masters in Education and a Bachelor of Science in Biology and Chemistry. He has attended certification programs in leadership training, presentation and facilitation skills. He is a Certified Professional Behavioral Analyst (CPBA), a certified Brain Gym® instructor and graduated as a certified TMI instructor (Technique of Mental Integration) from the Humboldt University in Sao Paulo/Brazil. He graduated from Corporate Coach University in Colorado as a Certified Business Coach (CBC), holds a Professional Coaching Certification (PCC) and adheres to the standards of the International Coach Federation (ICF).
