Michael Mount, Senior Consultant

Michael Mount is a successful business executive who has transitioned from the corporate boardroom to entrepreneurship.

Formerly an executive at companies including Holiday Inns, Inc., McDonnell Douglas, The Atlantic Richfield Company, Mr. Steak, Inc., Triple T Management Corporation, Employ America and Village Inns, Inc. (VICORP).

After corporate life, Mike applied his knowledge, skills and abilities to business consulting, executive coaching and business startup. He has consulted to esteemed organizations including Coors Industries, Motorola, Ameritech, American Express, U.S. West/Qwest, Anaconda Minerals, Federal Express, Wells Fargo Bank, Catholic Archdiocese of Denver, Promus and Doubletree Resorts.

For more than 12 years, Mike has developed affiliations with consultants nationwide including American Career Executives®, EA Search, ESCOA Phillips Search, Trigon Assessment, The Davis Companies, Employ America, and Search Associates. He has earned a reputation as "The Consultant's Consultant."

Mike completed his undergraduate studies at the University of Kansas and his MBA graduate studies at Colorado University.

His activities and memberships have included the Professional Facilitators Association, National Speakers Association, International Coach Federation, Arizona Quality Alliance, and the Institute of Management Consultants (IMC).

Mike's motto "Performance Counts" is applied to educating and assisting professionals and executives in the ACE programs that help them transition to new opportunities whether in employment, consulting, or entrepreneurship.
