Best Places to Work

Denise Gredler of the Gredler Group and founding partner of the Best Places to Work in the Valley predicts: "This new program to recognize companies for their best practices will be a springboard for creating better corporate cultures that will attract and retain the best employees here in the Valley."  She also stated, "we are privileged to have many fine sponsors and supporters such as the W.P. Denise is former Vice President of Human Resources for FINOVA Capital Corporation and cultivated a work culture that landed FINOVA as #12 on Fortune Magazine's 100 Best Companies to Work For in America in 1999.  Her mission and passion now is to partner with Valley organizations to help them build or strengthen "great workplaces."  That includes sourcing, hiring and retaining great people.
