Phoenix staffing firm receives award from BBB

The Better Business Bureau announced recipients of the International Torch Award for Marketplace Ethics recently and gave American Career Executives, a Phoenix-based staffing firm, an honorable mention.

American Career Executives has helped 6000 people find jobs in Arizona since President Linda Baugh started the company in 1985. It boasts a 91 percent success rate and a personalized approach to job placement, striving to get clients face-to-face contact with corporate decision makers.

BBB gave our four Torch Awards and four honorable mentions. It evaluated companies on several criteria: Commitment to and demonstration of ethical practices in the marketplace; high standards of behavior toward customers, suppliers, shareholders and communities; long-term value of ethics policies to shareholders, customers and employees; and training and communications programs to help employees carry out ethics policies.
